Coaching and celebrating high quality results are my favorite parts of the job. Before Santosa I was a Sous Chef for 6 years. Food is definitely one of my passions. When I'm not working, I love to go on a small hikes with my family. I also enjoy fishing, and I love to watch and play basketball.
