What is Santosa?
Santosa is a Sanskrit word meaning to be at peace wherever you are regardless of the situation. This concept is how I strive to live my life, and it’s central to the spirit of Santosa Delivery. Driving and delivering, like life, can be super intense; things like extreme hot weather, no parking, heavy packages, and intense volume could be difficult to handle. I coach the team to remember to breathe and know that regardless of the moment, we remain perfectly poised in peace. That’s Santosa!
